We’re excited to announce that Launch Blossoms, our Annual Fundraiser, will bloom and come to life at Woodland Park Zoo on Thursday, April 20th, 2023, and early entrance starts at 5:30 PM.
Everyone in the Launch community is a pollinator! Just as bees act as pollinators by spreading pollen to help flowers grow, our students, families, and staff act as pollinators that help young people bloom and thrive. Students grow at Launch and act as agents of change in the broader community. Families at Launch kindly contribute to our programs while partnering with staff to support our kids. Launch staff empower the youth to share their talents, skills, and knowledge with society.
We have a fundraiser goal to raise $100,000 on the day of the event to fund Launch’s high-quality programming that will empower the next generation of changemakers to thrive.
When: Thursday, April 20th, 2023, from 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM.
Where: Woodland Park Zoo!
Who: All are welcome, including children! Limited childcare is available for children ages 0-8, so reserve your ticket soon!
Keeping the spirit of fun in fundraiser, there will be lawn games, a photo booth, a caricature artist, face painting, climbers, and learning centers. We are excited to shout out Animal Ambassadors, an animal meet and greet event, where we will watch animals live in action!
Dinner will be served for families with children from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM in the Zoomasium and all from 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM at 1899 Grove. There will also be a bar at 1899 Grove that serves wine, beer, and signature cocktails.
