The Launch Board of Directors is pleased to announce that we have selected Valtas Group to help guide us through the Executive Director search. Valtas is a local company with significant expertise in nonprofit leadership transitions. In addition to the executive search, they have also recommended an Interim Executive Director who will be with us until a new Executive Director is hired. After discussing our needs and program scope, Valtas quickly identified Mari Offenbecher as an excellent match for us. Current Launch Executive Director Brianna Jackson will be working with Mari over the coming weeks as she transitions out of her role.
Throughout her career, Mari has been dedicated to bringing quality educational opportunities and supports to children and youth. She has extensive experience building local, statewide and national coalitions and initiatives that impact systems change for children and youth.
We’re excited to have Mari and Valtas support Launch through this transition and are looking forward to engaging with our stakeholders throughout this process.
