On Tuesday, February 20th Mayor Durkan is giving her first State of the City speech, during which she’ll share her agenda and priorities for the next year. It’s super important that Seattle residents contact the Mayor in the next few days to urge her to strongly support the Seattle Preschool Program.
The Seattle Preschool Program is improving outcomes for children and making preschool more affordable for families. Early results show the Seattle Preschool Program is helping children of color and children from low-income households or families that don’t speak English make big gains in kindergarten readiness.
